Terms and Conditions of ua888 – Platform Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below when used by ua888:

• "Platform" or "ua888": the website https://ua888.world, the mobile app for Android and iOS, and all services available through these channels, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and crash games.
• "User" or "you": any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses ua888's services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to the CPF provided at sign-up.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting or withdrawal, excluding bonuses with a pending rollover.
• "Bonus": additional credit granted by ua888 under specific eligibility conditions, which may include welcome bonuses, free bets, and cashback.
• "Rollover" or "wagering requirement": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Odd": the return multiplier applied to a bet accepted by ua888, expressed in decimal format.
• "Event": any sporting competition, match, fight, race, or outcome on which ua888 offers betting markets.

To use the services of ua888, the user must meet all of the criteria below. Failure to meet any one of them may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

• Minimum age: the user must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ua888 applies age verification during the account validation process. Registrations by users under the legal age will be closed immediately and any balances returned to the original payment method.
• Residence: ua888's services are intended exclusively for users located in Brazil. Access from other jurisdictions may be technically possible but is not permitted under these Terms.
• Valid CPF: a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) that is active and registered in the user's own name is required. Using a third party's CPF, a cancelled CPF, or a CPF with irregular status at the Receita Federal is not permitted.
• One account per person: each user may hold only one active account at ua888. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent suspensions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Legal capacity: the user declares having full legal capacity to enter into electronic contracts under current Brazilian law.

Registration with ua888 is free and can be completed via the website or mobile app. To create an account, the user must provide: full name as it appears on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a personal password.

Withdrawals at ua888 are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$), via Pix or TED bank transfer, to bank accounts held in the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

To request your first withdrawal, your account must have identity verification (KYC) completed. For verified accounts, the processing time via Pix is up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals via TED follow the banking settlement calendar and may take up to 1 business day.

Additional withdrawal conditions:

• The balance eligible for withdrawal corresponds to the account's real balance, excluding any bonuses with an outstanding rollover requirement.

Bet acceptance: a bet is considered accepted only once the confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in the user's account history. • If an event starts and is then suspended with the result already determined (e.g., a match called off due to rain after the 90th minute), bets will be settled based on the official result recorded by the event's governing body.

Odds errors: ua888 reserves the right to cancel and refund bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, defined as odds that differ significantly from the general market at the time the bet was placed. The user will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation due to odds errors.

Limits: ua888 may apply stake limits per bet, per event, or per account at its discretion and without prior notice. These limits are platform risk-management tools and do not constitute a penalty against the user.

In addition to Sports Betting, ua888 offers a Live Casino with real dealers and a selection of crash games. The general account, deposit, and withdrawal rules described elsewhere in these Terms apply in full to these products.

Live Casino: the available games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, and others) are provided by licensed third-party providers. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. ua888 does not intervene in Live Casino outcomes — they are determined by the provider in a controlled and audited environment.

Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines, Plinko, Balloon, and similar): these games use a provably fair algorithm, meaning the outcome of each round can be mathematically verified by the user. ua888 does not manipulate or interfere with results. The crash multiplier for each round is determined by the provider's algorithm before the round begins.

Malfunctions: in the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a round — such as an internet disconnection during a crash game round or a live system error — ua888 will review the session log and take one of the following actions: refund the wagered amount, settle the round based on the last recorded state before the failure, or apply another fair criterion on a case-by-case basis. Malfunctions caused by the user's own connection are not the platform's responsibility.

Ua888 offers regular promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, weekly cashback, free bets, and boosted odds. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's conditions.

• Eligibility: welcome bonuses are available only to new accounts that make their first deposit within the stated timeframe. Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Rollover: all bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement (rollover) stated in the promotion's terms. The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonuses with an expired rollover will be automatically removed from the account.
• Market restrictions: bets on certain markets (e.g., Asian handicap with odds below 1.50, combo bets with very low total odds) may not count toward the rollover. Specific conditions are listed on the promotion page.

• Loss limit: the user may set a maximum loss limit per session or per period. The account is automatically blocked from placing new bets once the limit is reached.

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at support staff or other users on the platform.

Ua888 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Request by the user themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or permanent account closure).
• Extended inactivity: accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. The user will be notified by email before any action is taken on the account.
• Order from a court or competent regulatory authority.
• Detection of suspicious activity related to money laundering, fraud, or event manipulation.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, ua888 may withhold the account balance as part of its mitigation measures. In all other closure cases, the available balance (excluding bonuses with a pending rollover) will be returned to the registered payment method within 10 business days.

Ua888 will make all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly in cases of scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond its control.

Ua888 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user, regardless of the amount.
• Loss of account access resulting from the user's internet connection failure, device issue, or force majeure.
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect information provided by sources outside the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform.

Ua888's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the value of the user's account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Ua888 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, sector regulations, platform features, or internal policies. Any material change will be communicated to the user by email and by a notice on the platform at least 7 days in advance before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date — any available balance will be returned as described in item 12.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Applicable provisions include, among others, the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and the specific legislation governing fixed-odds betting currently in force in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ua888's support channels will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo – SP, waiving the right to any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
